Job DescriptionJob Title: Director / Associate Director – Digital Delivery, Energy Transformation & Resilience
NLocation: Gurgaon
NExperience: 10+ years (with 5+ years in technical architecture/digital delivery leadership)
NEducation: B.Tech/B.E. from a top-tier institute (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
NAbout the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Digital Delivery Leader to drive the technology backbone of our Energy Transformation & Resilience engagements. This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture, solution delivery, and team leadership — owning the digital build from client discovery through go-live, across energy management systems, digital twins, and analytics platforms. The domain context is energy/sustainability transformation and the core is architecting and delivering digital solutions.

- Technical Architecture & Solutioning N
- Lead architecture discovery workshops with client teams to understand existing data, application, and infrastructure landscape (ERP/MES/SCADA, energy metering systems, etc.) N
- Design and finalize target-state architecture across data, application, and cloud layers (Azure/AWS/GCP) for solutions such as energy management dashboards, digital twins, and AI-enabled optimization platforms N
- Define integration approach with client's existing ERP/MES/SCADA and IoT systems N
- Make build vs. buy vs. integrate calls;
own technical documentation and design sign-offs N
- Delivery Leadership N
- Own end-to-end deliverylifecycle — from solution design to development, testing, UAT, and go-live N
- Lead and mentor a team of developers (in-house and/or outsourced vendors), starting at 5+ team members and scaling with project needs N
- Stay hands-on — expected to review code/architecture directly, not just delegate;
comfortable getting into the details when needed N
- Manage delivery governance: sprint/milestone tracking, quality checks, risk mitigation, and client sign-offs at
