NWe're looking for an Associate Director – Catalogue Automation & Operations to build a high-scale, AI-first catalogue operation combining people, process, data and technology.
NWhat You'll Own

- Lead a 60+ member global Catalogue Operations team, including ~5 managers. N
- Own catalogue accuracy,content, inventory, pricing and availability across global markets. N
- Transform manual operations through AI, automation and intelligent workflows. N
- Leverage AI/LLMs, APIs,web scraping, data validation, reconciliation, anomaly detection and automated monitoring. N
- Partner with Product,
Engineering and Data to take automation initiatives from concept to production. N
- Build an exception-based operating model, enabling automation to handle repetitive work while teams focus on complex cases. N
- Own productivity, SLAs,quality, capacity, cost and operational governance. N
- Build data-driven visibility into accuracy, productivity, automation coverage and manual effort reduction. N
- Drive continuous improvement and build a scalable operating model for Amber's global growth. N
nWhat We're LookingFor

- 7–14 years of experience in Catalogue, Content, Inventory, Marketplace, Data or Operations. N
- Experience managing large, multi-layered teams. N
- Proven track record in operations transformation, automation and process redesign. N
- Strong experience partnering with Product, Engineering and Data teams. N
- Solid understanding ofcatalogue/inventory quality and operational e
