- Lead the administration, support, and optimization of Cisco UCCE and Unified Communications platforms, ensuring high availability and performance. N
- Manage and troubleshootcomplex issues related to Cisco communication systems, including voice, video, and contact center technologies. N
- Provide hands-on support for day-to-day telecom operations, addressing incidents, requests, and service disruptions in a timely manner. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineering and IT support, to resolve telecom-related issues and integrate telecom systems with other enterprise technologies. N
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for Cisco UCCE/UC platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. N
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and system architecture diagrams. N
- Implement and maintain security policies and protocols for telecom systems, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. N
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, driving best practices in telecom engineering and support. N
