NWe are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead custom software development initiatives across web, mobile, application, database, and AWS cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving projects from requirement gathering through solution delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and technical standards.
NThis role requires strongstakeholder engagement skills, the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects across web & mobile including CI/CD & AWS deployment N
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource plans. N
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations. N




- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders. N
- Stakeholder & Requirement Management N
- Engage with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to understand business needs and technical requirements. N
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables. N
- Communicate effectivelywith both technical and non-technical stakeholders. N
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. N
