- Minimum 2-4 AMS /Support Projects in LMS and PMGM N
- SucessFactors certifications in LMS, PMGM and either one of the modules of Talent Management N
- Hands on experience in Creating Assignment Proles, LMS Roles, Curricula, Integration with other third party modules and SF EC N
- Hands on experience in Plateau Report Designer Tool N
- Hands on experience in Custom calculations in Goal templates N
- Positive Knowledge in Goal setting and Performance Processes N




- Experience in Goal cascading, Group and Team Goals functionalities Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements N
- Experience in Route maps and step types N
- Experience in Performance form customization with section, filed, required field permissions N
- Experience in Calibration process N
- Have worked on Continuous Performance Management and 360 degree N
- Experience in working with intergation between SuccessFactors and third party vendors. N
- Able to lead customer discussions and workshops. N
