nThe Analytics Specialist – Procurement & IT will support the global Procurement and IT functions by developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for performance management and business decision-making.
NThe role will focus on transforming data from multiple sources into clear, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards, while applying solid data visualization, storytelling, and UI/UX principles.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. N
- Use DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric to build advanced analytics solutions. N
- Extract and transform data from Excel, flat files, databases, and other sources. N
- Use SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and transformation. N
- Apply data visualization and UI/UX best practices to create intuitive dashboards. N
- Develop effective data storytelling to communicate insights to business stakeholders. N




- Understand Procurement and IT business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions. N
- Collaborate with globalProcurement, IT, and Analytics teams. N
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation, standardization, and process improvement. N
- Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. N

nRequired Skills

- Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modelling. N
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Python. N
- Robust data visualization and dashboard design skills. N
- Understanding of UI/UX and data storytelling. N
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. N
- Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams. N
