We are looking for a Business Analytics and Data Science leader who can combine strong business acumen with analytics and AI to improve decision-making, unlock new growth opportunities, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes.




This role will work closely with the leadership team to build an AI-first decision intelligence function that powers major business decisions across growth, operations, supply, partnerships, product, and finance.

What You'll Own
Business & Growth Analytics
- Own the analytics agenda across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and operational efficiency.
- Drive deep analysis of student journeys, booking funnels, cancellations, partner performance, and revenue drivers.
- Partner with leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and resource allocation decisions.
- Build frameworks for measuring business performance across countries, destinations, universities, and partner segments.

AI & Decision Intelligence
- Define and execute Amber's AI roadmap across analytics.
- Build AI-powered decision-support systems that proactively id
