The role involves handling complex and high-value claims, coordinating with insurers, surveyors, clients, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring efficient claim resolution.

- Manage end-to-end Commercial Property and Fire Claims. N
- Handle large and complex loss assessments and claim settlements. N
- Liaise with insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters and corporate clients. N
- Review policy coverage,claim documentation and survey reports. N
- Drive timely claim resolution and customer satisfaction. N
- Support claim negotiations and settlement strategies. N
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal processes. N
- Prepare claims MIS, report and management updates. N

- Robust expertise in Commercial Property and Fire Claims. N
- Min 10 – 15 yrs of experience in handling commercial claims. N
- Experience in handling corporate and large-value claims. N
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. N
