NKey Responsibilities

- To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP productâs enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages. N
- To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues. N




- To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions. N
- To anchor team meetingsensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients. N
- To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team. N
