NScratchgard Technology Pvt. Ltd. | Multiple Locations Across India
NScratchgard Technology isexpanding its nationwide automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) business and is building a solid field team to manage dealership relationships, business development and PPF operations across India.
NWe are looking for hands-on Territory Managers who can develop business, work closely with automotive dealerships and ensure that PPF jobs are executed on time and to the required quality standards.
NThis is not a desk-based sales or coordination role. You will own the territory commercially and operationally.
NKey Responsibilities

- Develop PPF business across assigned automotive dealerships and accounts. N
- Identify and pursue newbusiness opportunities within the territory. N
- Onboard new dealershipsand establish the PPF operating process at each location. N
- Build strong relationships with dealership principals, accessories teams, sales managers,



service teams and other key stakeholders. N
- Present product solutions, commercial benefits and operating processes to dealership teams. N
- Drive sales, maintain astrong opportunity pipeline and work towards defined territory targets. N
- Coordinate daily PPF requirements and allocate installation jobs to approved applicators. N
- Ensure applicator attendance, material availability, installation completion and proper job documentation. N
- Monitor installation quality and support technical troubleshooting, rectification and dealer concerns. N
- Develop additional applicator resources and maintain sufficient backup capacity across the territory. N
- Monitor open, completedand delayed jobs and escalate potential SLA issues before they become dealer complaints. N
- Conduct product and process training for dealership teams, partners and applicators. N
