Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
NThis is a leadership roleaccountable for sales and profitability of Aviat India region while focusing on efforts to drive the adoption of Aviat products, solutions, and services within the key market segments including but not limited to Telco/mobile operators, enterprise, and private network segments.

- Supporting other regional line managements and functions in meeting financial and business objectives N

- Taking full initiative to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets assigned to the defined territory N
- Hunt for new business N
- Providing accurate sales forecasts on a quarterly/annual basis N
- Maintaining and ensuring profit margins are in keeping with corporate directives N
nSales & Channels

- Develop an overall business and account plan leading to the deployment of a well-executed team selling effort into the assigned accounts and conduct regular reviews to ensure that plan is still relevant and suitable. N
- Establish a strong channels network that can help expand and promote Aviat business in the territory N
- Initiate programs to engage top 3 channel partners to continually motivate them to grow Aviat business N
- Protecting self and colleagues from hazards and harm by: N
- Wearing or using whatever safety clothing and equipment is necessary N
- Working in a protected way in accordance with the company rules N
- Using good work habits N
- Being constantly aware of any hazards and immediately bringing them to the attention of Human Resources N
