nThumbstack is looking for a Support Executive – Digital Projects to serve as the first point of contact for client queries and website support requests. This role goes beyond traditional customer support—you will work closely with clients, understand their requirements, document requests, and coordinate with our Project Management, Design, and Development teams to ensure seamless project execution.

NKey ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Communication

- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and support requests. N
- Understand, document, and clarify client requirements before escalating them. N
- Provide timely updates to clients on ongoing requests and project progress. N




- Follow up on pending queries to ensure timely resolution. N
- Maintain professional communication across email, calls, and messaging platforms. N

nProject Coordination

- Route client requirements to the Project Management team with complete documentation. N
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. N
- Track client requests, project updates, and task progress. N
- Maintain clear records of client communications, actions taken, and resolutions. N
- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams. N

nCMS & Shopify Management

- Upload and updatewebsite content using CMS platforms and Shopify. N
- Manage product uploads,content changes, images, and website updates. N
- Review content for accuracy, formatting, and quality before publishing. N
- Develop a solid understanding of website structures
