nJob Purpose:
nTo provide technical leadership for the development, integration, verification, and evolution of two computer-assisted Total Knee Replacement (TKR) navigation platforms being developed within a shared multidisciplinary engineering team.
nQualifications and Experience:
n
- n
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.n
- 7–9+ years of skilled software development experience.n
- Strong experience delivering production-grade medical-device software, surgical navigation systems, embedded vision products, or other regulated real-time systems.n
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams of 5+ engineers.n
- Strong experience with software architecture and system-level technical leadership.n




- Strong experience in Android architecture and application development, preferably including:n
- Android Studion
- Multi-module architecturen
- Camera2n
- JNI / Native integrationn
- Experience with PC/workstation application development using technologies such as C#, C++, Qt, or equivalent is preferred.n
- Practical understanding of optical tracking, pose estimation, registration, and computer-vision pipelines.n
- Experience with regulated product development and verification processes.n
- Experience working with hardware/software integration.n
- Experience with Git and professional software development workflows.n
- Experience in orthopaedic navigation, TKR/TKA, surgical robotics, medical imaging, or computer-assisted surgery is highly preferred.n
