Job DescriptionAt Spacewood, we are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can take ownership of the complete customer order journey—from component readiness to final dispatch.
NThis is not just an Assembly/Production role. It is an Order Convergence role with one explicit objective: Ensure every order is complete, correct, quality-checked, packed and dispatched on the committed date.
NWhat you'll own

- Order Completion & OTIF performance N
- Final assembly, kitting, packing & dispatch readiness N
- Daily order sequencing and shortage management N
- Coordination across Carcass, Shutter, Stores, Planning, Quality & Logistics N
- Final QC, set integrityand error-proofing N
- WIP and orphan-order control N
- Productivity, cost, 5S & safety N
- Barcode/ERP-based completion tracking N




- Building a high-performing assembly & packing team N

nWho are we lookingfor?
N
- n
- E. / B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with 10–15 years in manufacturing operations, of which a minimum of 4–5 years must be in final assembly, kitting, consolidation, sub-assembly marriage or order-wise packing and dispatch. N
- High-mix / engineered-to-order manufacturing N
- Managing large shopfloor teams and supervisors N
