nWhat You Need

- n
- 4–7 yrs hands-on with AWS services & CaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, RingCentral).n
- 2+ yrs: contact flow development, Lex BOT, Chat/Voice BOTs, routing, and reporting.n
- 2+ yrs: AWS integrations — Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, IAM, third-party APIs.n
- 2+ yrs scripting in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.n
- CI/CD pipeline experience on AWS or Azure; strong monitoring & deployment automation skills.n
- Familiarity with Voice, IVR, Chat, SMS/WhatsApp, conversational AI, and sentiment analysis.n
- AWS Certification preferred. Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Engineering, or related field.n




- Ability to provide L3 application support and openness to learn current domains and technologies.n

nWhat You'll Do

- Design, build, and support CX cloud features across the full DevOps lifecycle.n
- Own implementation and L3 support of business-critical applications (including on-call).n
- Conduct root cause analyses and coordinate hotfixes for production incidents.n
- Automate manual operations and champion process efficiency improvements.n
- Prototype and integrate Gen AI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering) into CX workflows.n
- Collaborate with architects, PMs, and engineers via design/code reviews in an agile team.n
