NRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Performance Ad Sales Executive to drive revenue by onboarding performance-focused advertisers and agencies. This role is highly data-driven and focuses on ROI, conversions, and scalable growth through CPC, CPA, and CPI-based advertising solutions.




NKey Responsibilities
nClient Onboarding & Growth

- n
- Onboard performance advertisers across verticals such as E-commerce, Fintech, Gaming, EdTech, and Apps N
- Understand advertiser KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics N
- Set up campaigns aligned to performance goals and scalability benchmarks N

nClient Servicing &Optimization;

- Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively optimize for scale and efficiency N
- Work closely with AdOpsand analytics teams on tracking, attribution, and postbacks N
- Identify underperforming funnels and recommend creative, targeting, or bid changes N
- Maintain strong client retention through performance delivery N

nRevenue & Scale
