NExperience: 10+ years in BIM, with at least 4 years focused on quality assurance for large modeling programs
NWhat you'll do:

- n
- Own the project Quality Plan — define QC checklists, tolerances and review cadence for LOD 300–400 deliverables. N
- Lead the QC Lead and QCChecker team across all disciplines;
run rolling QC (not just end-of-project checks). N
- Own model federation and clash detection sign-off before client issue. N
- Audit AIM/asset data for completeness and consistency against the agreed schema. N
- Report quality KPIs (rework rate, clash counts, deviation from point cloud) to the Project Manager weekly. N

nWhat we're lookingfor:

- n
- Bachelor's degreein Architecture/Engineering or related field. N
- Deep hands-on experience auditing Revit models against point cloud data and LOD standards. N
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 quality/validation requirements and Navisworks clash workflows. N
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits. N

nSoftware: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Auto CAD Software, Recap Pro, Solibri (a plus)
