Experience with REST APIs, web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML). Job Description - The NICE CXone Developer Engineer will be responsible for designing,



developing, and customizing NICE CXone applications - Build integrations between CXone and enterprise systems (CRM, WFM, reporting tools). - Support the migration from Cisco contact center platforms (UCCE/UCCX) to NICE CXone - Translate Cisco call flows and routing scripts into NICE CXone equivalents. - Work with NICE CXone APIs, RESTful services, and connectors for third-party systems. - Develop automation scripts for provisioning and configuration. - Work closely with infrastructure engineers, QA teams, and Cisco/NICE support. - Prepare technical documentation, migration guides, and code repositories.
