Job DescriptionExperience: 8–10+ years Primary Skills: Azure, GitHub, CI/CD, Argo CD, Kubernetes, Grafana, Helm, Terraform Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced DevOps Tech Lead to lead cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and deployment activities. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Argo CD, GitHub, and CI/CD, along with experience deploying .NET and React applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage scalable, secure Azure infrastructure using Terraform/IaC. - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins. - Manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, and Argo CD. - Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK. - Support .NET and React application infrastructure and deployments. - Implement Azure Disaster Recovery, security, scalability, and high availability. - Drive DevSecOps, automation, and GitOps practices.



- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident management. - Lead, mentor, and guide DevOps engineers. Required Skills: - Strong Azure and Kubernetes expertise. - Hands-on Terraform and CI/CD experience. - Positive understanding of networking, security, SQL/NoSQL, Redis, and distributed systems. - Experience with Azure PaaS services such as AKS, App Services, Functions, API Management, Azure SQL, and Storage. - Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and Agile/Scrum skills. Education: BE/BTech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent experience. Preferred Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert / Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
