- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong experience in Python.n
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, OOP, data structures and algorithms.n
- Experience building production-grade applications, backend services or automation frameworks.n
- Valuable understanding of REST APIs, microservices and software architecture.n
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.n
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.n
- Experience with Git, CI/CD and software development best practices.n
- Good understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest.n
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.n
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI-powered application development will be an advantage.n
- Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into software applications is highly desirable.n
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skillsn
