- Experience in development and customization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery [Employee Service Management] applications, including:n
- HR Case Managementn
- HR Knowledge Managementn
- Employee Service Center (Portal)n
- Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)n
- Employee Document Managementn
- Performance Analytics for HRn
- Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)n
- Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPsn
- Web Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experiencen
- Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testingn
- Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSSn
- Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSDn
- Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyn
- Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processesn
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)n
