- Act as main coordination point between support teams and infra expertsn
- Track incidents, requests, and ensure resolution follow-upn
- Perform technical operations:n
- VM provisioning and lifecycle ( VMware )n
- Admin of Linux & Windows environments n
- Monitoring and alert handling ( Nagios / Grafana )n
- Handle Level 2 support autonomously n

- Manage:n
- Patch deployment and upgrades n
- Vulnerability remediation (Tenable) n




- Support operations on:n
- Fortinet firewalls n
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID n
- Perform basic troubleshooting on:n
- AD / DNS / domain issuesn
- Web services ( Apache, Nginx )n
- Databases ( MySQL, SQL Server )n
- Maintain documentation and suggest improvementsn

- Strong experience with:n
- Active Directory, DNS, domain management n
- Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025 n
- Linux (RedHat, Debian) n
- VMware n
- Good knowledge of:n
- Apache, Nginx n
- MySQL / SQL Server n
- Monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana) n
- Understanding of:n
- Firewall (Fortinet) n
- Vulnerability tools (Tenable) n
- Microsoft 365 / Entra ID n
