nThe selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, explaining our services/offers and converting enquiries into appointments and business.

- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.n
- Explain services, offers and promotions to customers.n
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into appointments.n
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.n
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.n
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/conversion targets.n
- Build positive relationships with customers.n
- Coordinate with the respective team for customer appointments and conversions.n
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the interaction.n

nQualifications

- Candidates with any qualification having valuable communication skills.n
- Knowledge of English, Hindi and Telugu will be an advantage.n
