Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build and deploy production-grade, AI-powered solutions directly with enterprise customers.
nThis is a hands-on builder role, owning solutions end-to-end from customer discovery and architecture through development, production deployment, and operational handover.
nKey Responsibilities

- Design and build Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, tool/function calling and multi-step orchestration.n
- Translate ambiguous customer problems into scalable, production-ready technical solutions.n
- Develop backend services, APIs and enterprise integrations.n
- Take solutions from POC to production and drive measurable customer adoption.n
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, reliability, security and performance practices.n
- Work closely with customers, AI engineers and platform teams to deliver solutions.n




- Communicate technical architecture, risks and trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.n

nRequirements

- n
- 5+ years of software engineering, architecture or technical delivery experience.n
- Proven experience shipping production systems in enterprise environments.n
- Strong hands-on backend, API and integration engineering experience.n
- Experience building LLM/Generative AI applications, including RAG, tool/function calling and orchestration.n
- Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, CI/CD and containers.n
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.n
- Understanding of security, access controls and PII handling.n
- Solid customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.n
