- Modern Endpoint Management: Design and administer Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11 environments, Conditional Access, and security baselinesn

- Provisioning at Scale: Architect Windows Autopilot deployments across Hybrid and Microsoft Entra join frameworksn

- Scripting & API Engineering: Utilize advanced PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate production workflowsn
- .n
- Telemetry to Business Value: Translate workplace metrics into actionable XLAs (Experience Level Agreements)

- Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 3+ years in DEX or Automation Architecturen
