- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday / ServiceNow integrations.n
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, RaaS, and WQL. n
- Design and implement HRSD (HR Service Delivery) integrations with Workday and other enterprise applications.n
- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.n
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents.n
- Perform integration testing, debugging, monitoring, and performance optimization.n
- Work with business, HR, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.n
- Provide technical guidance to integration developers and support code/design reviews.n
- Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications.n

nRequired Skills

- n




- 5–10 years of experience in Workday / ServiceNow integration development.n
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.n
- Strong experience with Workday RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) and WQL (Workday Query Language).n
- Mandatory hands-on experience with HRSD integrations. n
- Experience integrating Workday/ServiceNow with HR and enterprise applications.n
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, XML/JSON, and integration concepts.n
- Experience in integration troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and production support.n
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.n
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guide junior/mid-level developersn
