Job Title: Worksite Manager
Education: Graduation/ Post Graduate or MBA from a reputed University / Institute
Function: Aviva Direct Channel Sales
Eligibility: 4-8 years of relevant experience
Main Priorities:
Conceptualize, execute worksite activities across East branches
Drive customer engagement activities & Branch walk-ins with cutting-edge ideas & complete event management activities
Branch Catchment Area Mapping, driving outdoor activities for leads build up
Leads Input to Output (LSQ) funnel management.
Ensuring Leads/Conversion target achievement of the Zone
Engagement with FOS & assisting TMs in FOS handholding
Key Skills:
Should have high relationship building quotient
Should have capability to do reference generation from Existing customers
Problem solving and decision-making capability
Influencing and selling skills
Aptitude for financial numbers
Good knowledge of market/ business and competition for experienced candidates
Having Two wheelers would be an added advantage
Work Setting:
This position may involve working in an office setting or remotely, depending on company policies and Flexibility in hours may be required to meet team needs.
