RequirementsWho Can Apply

✅ 4–5 years of sales experience
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Age: 30 years and above

✅ Must know driving and have a valid driving licence
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Additional Allowance: ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month

Requirements
Qualifications 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.



Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within a pharmaceutical company. Experience in the Diabetic and Cardiac therapeutic segments is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Required Skills Strong leadership and people management skills. Strategic planning and business development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Market intelligence and competitor analysis. Territory and sales performance management. Relationship management with healthcare professionals and distributors. Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an added advantage.
