Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective utilization of company funds.

- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting activities.

- Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.

- Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.

- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

- Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

- Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce,



or a related field.

- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA Finance will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Accounts Manager, or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably including experience in a managerial role.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design concepts. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar. Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML, CSS, Java Script, and related frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, React). Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL. Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Robust communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
