We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Platform Engineer to design and build a production-grade, extensible internal tooling platform that will replace the existing Superblocks-based system. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, full-stack development, security frameworks, identity management, and workflow orchestration.

This role will focus on building scalable internal platforms with a solid emphasis on security, developer experience, AI-augmented workflows, extensibility, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Platform Development

- Design and develop a React-based internal tooling platform.
- Build reusable component libraries and extensible application scaffolding.
- Migrate existing Superblocks workflows into production-grade applications and services.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
- Design centralized orchestration deployment models that support global operations without requiring region-specific deployments.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and extensibility across the platform.

Security & Compliance
- Implement reusable Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks.
- Develop and enforce Guardian-based permission models across platform components.
- Build comprehensive audit logging capabilities with automated enforcement.
- Implement and manage Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using:
- OIDC (OpenID Connect)
- SAML

- Design secure token management and session handling mechanisms.
- Enforce least-privilege access principles, role-based permissions,



and environment-level access controls.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Reliability & Workflow Automation
- Develop platform-wide error handling and observability frameworks.
- Create actionable error reporting integrated with logging and alerting systems.
- Design and support asynchronous workflows and scheduling mechanisms.
- Work with orchestration technologies such as:
- Temporal
- ArgoCD
- Similar workflow orchestration platforms

AI & Productivity Enablement
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate software development and platform delivery.
- Embed AI-powered productivity features into internal applications and workflows.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI capabilities to improve developer experience and operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with:
- Platform Engineering Teams
- Security Teams
- Infrastructure Teams
- Operations Teams

- Drive technical alignment across teams and help resolve ambiguous ownership areas.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, platform strategy, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
- 3 5 years of experience in React and Full Stack Application Development.




- Strong expertise in React and modern frontend development.
- Experience building reusable UI component libraries and design systems.
- Solid full-stack development experience with ownership of frontend applications and backend integrations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Okta
- OIDC
- SAML
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)

- Strong understanding of:

- RBAC
- Access Control Models
- Security Frameworks
- Data Privacy Principles

- Experience implementing:

- Audit Logging
- Session Management
- Authentication & Authorization Frameworks

- Experience with asynchronous workflows and orchestration platforms such as:

- Temporal
- ArgoCD
- Similar workflow tools

- Experience utilizing AI development tools such as Claude or equivalent AI-assisted engineering platforms.

Preferred Qualifications Nice to Have
- Experience migrating applications from low-code/no-code platforms such as:
- Superblocks
- Retool
- Similar internal tooling platforms

- Experience with multi-region deployment architectures.
- Familiarity with centralized orchestration-layer deployment models.
- Experience working in compliance-sensitive environments, including:

- SOC 2
- Access Boundary Enforcement
- Security Governance Frameworks

- Proven track record of building internal platforms adopted by multiple engineering and business teams.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
