Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced store manager to manage the overall performance, operations, sales, and profitability of our store in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewelry or luxury retail, with expertise in sales leadership, customer relationship management, inventory control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Improve conversion rates, average ticket size, and repeat customer business.

Handle high-value customers and support premium jewellery sales.

Plan and execute festive promotions, campaigns, and in-store activities.

Customer Experience

Deliver a premium and personalized buying experience.

Build strong relationships with repeat and referral customers.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales service professionally.

Maintain high standards of brand presentation and customer service.

Store Operations

Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, billing, cash handling, and security.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Maintain visual merchandising standards.

Coordinate with the Head Office for stock movement, replenishment, and new product launches.





Inventory & Stock Management

Manage diamond and jewelry inventory with complete accuracy.

Conduct regular stock audits and prevent inventory discrepancies.

Maintain proper documentation for inward/outward stock and certifications.

Ensure strict adherence to inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.

Team Management

Lead, train, and motivate the store sales team.

Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.

Conduct regular product and sales training.

Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

Track KPIs such as footfall, conversion ratio, average bill value, and inventory turnover.

Provide management with market feedback, customer insights, and competitor updates.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Retail Management preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Strong knowledge of diamonds, gold jewelry, certifications, and retail compliance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in POS systems, billing software, and basic MIS reporting.
