Job SummaryThe Medical Officer is responsible for supporting clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with various departments to deliver seamless fertility services.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial patient consultations and record detailed medical historiesMonitor patient progress following OT procedures in accordance with established protocolsAssist in scan room procedures and clinical activitiesPrepare accurate discharge summariesMaintain transparent, complete, and up-to-date medical recordsUpdate and manage patient information in ARTis systemCounsel patients on fertility treatment options and provide ongoing emotional supportProvide financial counselling in the absence of a counsellor or during high patient volume days, including for SA (Semen Analysis)



and DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index)Support and participate in outreach camps (ORCs)Ensure strict adherence to protocols set by the Clinical Head/ConsultantCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive patient careAssist the Clinical Head in clinical and administrative dutiesMaintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all timesBe available for Sunday in-house camps (compensatory off provided)Stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatmentsTake on additional responsibilities as assigned by managementTravel to different organizational locations as requiredQualifications & ExperienceMandatory Qualification: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)(Mandatory)Experience: 0–5 years of relevant clinical or hospital experienceStrong communication and patient counselling skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
