and IFC drawings using Revit/BIM platforms.Prepare comprehensive architectural and interior fit-out documentation with accurate detailing.Convert conceptual and schematic designs into construction-ready drawings.Ensure all drawings accurately reflect the approved design intent and project requirements.Interior Design CoordinationPrepare detailed interior documentation including:Joinery detailsFurniture layoutsCeiling plansFlooring layoutsInterior elevationsMaterial and finishing detailsCoordinate interior packages with architectural and engineering disciplines.Quality & StandardsMaintain BIM standards, project documentation quality, and design consistency.Follow company design guidelines and construction documentation standards.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and authority regulationsQualificationsBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)B.Tech Civil (preferred for BIM documentation experience)Experience4.5+ years of experience in Architectural BIM Documentation.Strong exposure to Interior Design projects and construction documentation.Experience in preparing DD, GFC, IFC, and working drawings.
