Project Ownership & DeliveryOwn the end-to-end delivery of assigned cybersecurity projects, from initial design and planning through deployment and rollout across all relevant units.Translate program objectives and strategic priorities into executable project plans.Ensure projects deliver agreed security outcomes while respecting operational and business constraints.Planning & ExecutionDefine detailed project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.Develop and maintain project plans aligned with program-level roadmaps and sequencing.Coordinate technical design, pilots, deployment waves, and rollout activities.Stakeholder & Change ManagementWork under the coordination and governance of the Cybersecurity Transformation Program ManagerEngage with cybersecurity experts, vendors, and local/regional stakeholders (SME, CISO, Infrastructure teams, etc.)



to ensure alignment and adoption.Coordinate deployment activities with local units and ensure readiness for rollout.Contribute to change management activities, including communication, training, and transition to operations.Governance & ReportingApply program-defined governance, standards, and reporting requirements.Provide accurate, timely, and fact-based project status reports (progress, risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs).Participate in program reviews, steering committees, and checkpoints as required.Risk, Issue & Dependency ManagementIdentify, assess, and manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies.Implement mitigation actions within the project’s authority.Escalate risks, issues, or dependencies exceeding project control to the Program Manager with explicit impact analysis and proposed options.
