Skillset: AI Technology LeaderExperience: 20 - 28 YearsJob Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / NCR / Delhi / KolkataRole Summary:We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Technology Leadership AI focused to lead the technology strategy, innovation, and AI/GenAI initiatives for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit. This role will strategize, and execute the development of preconfigured solutions, in-house platforms, and customer demonstration environments across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies. The AI officer will also drive strategic partnerships, lead co-innovation initiatives, and ensure the unit remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the manufacturing sector.Key Responsibilities:Technology Strategy & Innovation:Define and execute the technology vision for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit.Lead the adoption and integration of AI/GenAI across enterprise platforms to drive intelligent automation, analytics, and user experience.Oversee the development of preconfigured industry solutions, accelerators, and demo environments for client engagements.Platform Engineering & Architecture:Guide the architecture and engineering of reusable solution frameworks across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.Ensure scalability, interoperability, and innovation in all in-house technology assets.Establish governance for solution quality, reusability, and compliance.Customer Engagement & Demonstrations:Lead the creation of immersive, real-time demo environments showcasing next-gen enterprise capabilities.Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to support client workshops, PoCs,



and transformation roadmaps.Partner Ecosystem & Co-Innovation:Drive co-innovation initiatives with hyperscalers, ISVs, and platform partners.Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the enterprise ecosystem.Thought Leadership & Talent Development:Represent the unit in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client innovation councils.Mentor solution architects, platform leads, and AI/GenAI specialists across the organization.Required Experience:18+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles, with deep expertise in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.Proven experience in building and scaling AI/GenAI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.Strong background in platform engineering, solution architecture, and innovation management.Experience working with manufacturing clients and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD or MBA is a plus.Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and AI/ML technologies are preferred.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and contemporary architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven).Ideal Candidate Profile:Visionary technology leader with a passion for innovation and digital transformation.Deep domain knowledge in manufacturing and enterprise solutions.Strong communicator with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and partner ecosystems.Hands-on mindset with the ability to lead by example in architecture, prototyping, and solution design.Regards,Pradeep
