and process safety.Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term contractsManage empanelment and registration processes with key clients and industry bodies.Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored, standards-compliant proposals.Provide exceptional post-sales support and foster repeat business.Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and client needRequirementsExperience: 5–10 years in B2B service sales or business development in Oil, Gas, Refinery, or Chemical sectors.Industry Know-How: In-depth understanding of TPI, NDT, safety audits, certifications, and process safety.Sales Success: Proven record in generating leads, closing deals, and managing large accounts.Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic Planning: Ability to create and implement targeted sales strategies.Education: - B.E./B.Tech or M.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
