Office 365 suite support (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), MFA rolloutPrinter installation & support, AMC renewals for all hardware/softwareVendor management (Invoice/Bills)for hardware/software. Internet, wireless, firewall maintenance and access issuesProcurement support for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and networking gearCentralised asset management via Smartopz, vendor coordination, warranty/license renewalsBackup & disaster recovery for critical data and mail systemsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work well independently and in a team environmentCertifications in relevant technologies are a plus
