WhatsApp and other lead sourcesCall and WhatsApp prospective patients for appointment coordination and follow-upFollow up missed appointments and pending enquiriesAssist with appointment scheduling and patient coordinationProvide support at the reception/front desk when requiredMaintain accurate and confidential patient recordsCandidate ProfileGraduate preferred1–3 years' experience in a clinic, hospital, healthcare company, customer service or CRM role preferredGood working knowledge of Excel/Google SheetsComfortable speaking with patients over phone and WhatsAppGood spoken Hindi and EnglishOrganised, responsible and detail-orientedPrior experience in dermatology, aesthetics, dental, IVF or another patient-facing healthcare setting would be an advantageLocation: Recent DelhiJob Type: Full-time, in-clinicSalary: ₹22,000–28,000 per month depending on experience + performance incentiveCandidates may apply with their CV and current/expected salary.
