Job Title : Senior ManagerExperience : 10+ yearsLocation : MumbaiJob Overview : We are looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Operations qualified to manage day-to-day operational activities related to mutual fund platforms, transaction processing, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client onboarding for Demat and non-Demat clients, including individuals and corporates, while ensuring compliance.Monitor NAV upload/download activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues.Manage NACH / e-Mandate registration and ensure timely processing of SIP-related activities.Generate SIP feeds and coordinate with service providers for timely processing.Monitor and maintain AMC / Mutual Fund scheme information, including NFOs and circular updates.Handle queries and escalations from AMCs, RTAs, members,



and other stakeholders.Prepare MIS and regulatory reports as required.Ensure operational activities are completed within defined SLA timelines.Monitor team performance and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.Qualification Required : Experience in Mutual Fund Operations / Capital Market OperationsHands-on knowledge of AMC / RTA processesExposure to NAV, SIP, NACH / e-MandatesExperience in scheme master maintenance and MF transaction processingKnowledge of MIS and regulatory reportingStrong stakeholder and escalation management skillsExperience in SLA monitoring and team managementIf you have relevant experience or know someone who would be a good fit, please feel free to connect or share your profile with [email protected]
