Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience: 9+years
- Strong experience in Service Now ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Integrations
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Service Now integrations
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture and best practices
- Experience in implementing and supporting ITSM and ITOM solutions
- Experience in CMDB management and Service Mapping implementation
- Experience in other Service Now modules such as SPM, GRC, or HRSD
- ITIL knowledge is preferred
- Service Now certification in any module is preferred
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience in developing technical solutions and performing integration testing
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global delivery setting

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the Service Now team to implement Service Now solutions across global locations
- Provide technical expertise in Service Now ITSM and ITOM modules
- Design, develop,



and implement Service Now integrations with enterprise applications
- Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design
- Prepare technical specifications and implementation documents
- Develop and implement technical solutions on the Service Now platform
- Configure and customize Service Now applications based on business requirements
- Support CMDB implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities
- Implement and support Service Mapping solutions
- Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the Service Now platform
- Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
