Job Description

We are looking for Management Trainees, Sales & Operations who are interested in building a long-term career in the Transportation & Logistics industry.

The selected candidates will undergo a structured 1-year cross-functional training program covering different areas of our business. During this period, candidates will gain practical exposure to loading activities, backend operations, transportation operations, customer handling and sales.

At the end of the training period, candidates will be evaluated based on their performance, skills, learning ability, discipline, communication, problem-solving ability and overall capability. Based on the assessment, they will be placed in a suitable role within Sales, Operations or another relevant function.

Preferred candidate profile

- Having a personal laptop for work will be an added advantage.

- Comfortable with both field work and office work.

- Having a two-wheeler.

- Good communication skills

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Telugu, Hindi and English is mandatory.

- Candidate must be willing to work in field-based environments.

- Candidate must have a two-wheeler as a must-have for travel.

- Candidate must be willing to undergo the complete 1-year training program.

- Candidate must be willing to provide a 2-year service bond.

- Candidate should be willing to work in different functions during the training period.





- Candidate should be adaptable and willing to learn both ground-level and office-based activities.

- Candidate should be comfortable interacting with employees, drivers, customers and other stakeholders.

Requirements
Having Good Experience in Transport Vehicles / Heavy Equipment allotments to project sites / Companies. Generate Leads, Participate in Tenders Convert Leads to Business Follow up and liaison to secure orders Be alert to keep abreast of Market trends Ensure that strong relationships with customers in the region are built by providing professional and reliable transportation & hiring services Having Involvement / Experience in any large transportation movements Good knowledge of Transportation equipments like Cranes, Trailers, Trucks and Over Dimensional / other Cargo. Having positive knowledge of local market and competitors Having knowledge of Transportation documentation Ensure quality, timeliness, and profitability of services through operational excellence Build and develop the broker and supplier ecosystem in the region Strengthen the data, processes and personnel for long term growth of the company in the region Meet sales, profitability and other allied targets for the region Follow up on payments
