Job Description:

- Own the end-to-end program lifecycle from planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and successful project closure.

- Drive SVS governance by establishing governance frameworks, steering committees, working groups, and executive reporting cadences.

- Prepare and manage executive dashboards, program status reports, KPIs, RAID logs, and decision trackers for senior leadership.

- Lead Risk & Issue Management, ensuring timely identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution of program risks and dependencies.

- Support business transformation initiatives by aligning delivery outcomes with strategic business objectives and measurable value.

- Maintain high data quality across project plans, governance reports, resource data, financials,



and portfolio management tools.

- Manage resource planning, budget tracking, forecasting, and financial governance throughout the program lifecycle.

- Assess, evaluate, and govern change requests, including impact analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder approvals.

- Collaborate with senior Business, Technology, Operations, and Transformation stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment and governance compliance.

- Drive project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and overall delivery health across multiple workstreams.
