HIRING | DATA SCIENTIST / AI-ML / GEN AI ENGINEER

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 3–4 Years
CTC: Up to ₹25 LPA
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days ONLY

Key Responsibilities:
• Build scalable, production-ready AI systems
• Develop RAG pipelines & AI agent frameworks
• Design LLM workflows with validation & business rules
• Perform model evaluation, data analysis & optimization
• Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot & improve AI systems
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams

Must-Have Skills:
• 3–4 years building AI/ML applications with strong Python & software engineering skills
• Strong Python proficiency
• RAG architecture & LLM workflows
• AI system design, evaluation, monitoring & optimization
• Production AI application development & deployment
• Tensor Flow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
• NLP concepts
• API development & integration
• Clean code, debugging, testing & modular design





Good to Have:
• Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS / ChromaDB
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker & deployment pipelines
• Fin Tech domain

Candidate Eligibility:
• Delhi NCR/local candidates preferred
• North India candidates ready to relocate may be considered
• F2F interview required after L1 Technical Assessment
• Only notice-serving candidates; candidates who have not resigned or are on bench will NOT be considered
Interview Process:

L1 – Technical Assessment → L2 – Technical → L3 – Technical → Managerial/Business Head + HR

Requirements
Required Skills: • 8–12+ years SAP Functional experience in WM, EWM & SAP TM • 7–9 years Logistics Operations experience in FMCG • MBA in Supply Chain/Operations from Tier-1 B-School preferred • 2+ E2E SAP implementations • Solid EWM configuration and SAP TM expertise • Experience in CWM to EWM migration preferred
