1. Strategic communications and narrative building
Shape and execute the communications strategy for Elevate CSR in India
Translate complex, multi-stakeholder programmes into clear, high-impact narratives
Build cohesive storytelling across education, workforce, and innovation portfolios
Move storytelling beyond outputs to system-level outcomes and measurable change

2. Leadership and external communications
Develop high-quality briefing notes, leadership messages, and speaking points
Create compelling case studies and impact narratives for external and internal audiences
Support storytelling for key events, leadership visits, and partner engagements
Position as a thought leader in AI skilling and inclusive growth

3. Stakeholder and ecosystem engagement
Work closely with internal teams (PR, social, business groups) and external partners (government, nonprofits, industry) to align communication efforts
Support stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance programme visibility and credibility
Enable co-created storytelling with partners to build shared ownership of impact

4. Content, campaigns, and storytelling assets
Lead development of:
o Programme collaterals, one-pagers, and presentations
o Social media content and leadership amplification
o Newsletters, updates, and storytelling series
Build a consistent, high-quality pipeline of stories, insights, and narratives

5. Communication programme management
Coordinate across teams to drive execution of communication plans
Integrate storytelling across the programme lifecycle-from design to impact
Support reporting, documentation,



and communication for CSR Council and key stakeholders
Contribute to broader advocacy efforts, including convenings and roundtables

Experience and expertise:

6 8 years of experience in communications, preferably in social impact, CSR, or development-focused roles
Strong experience in storytelling, narrative building, and thought leadership content
Demonstrated ability to design and execute communication strategies across channels

Capabilities
Ability to translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives
Strong writing and content development skills across formats (briefings, narratives, social, reports)
Understanding of how communications can drive influence, partnerships, and scale
Experience working across multiple stakeholders-government, nonprofits, corporate teams

This is not a traditional communications role.

The candidate will work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement, shaping how AI-for-impact work is understood, communicated, and amplified across India and globally.

You will help move our storytelling from activity-led reporting to outcomes, system change, and influence-ensuring our work is visible, credible, and compelling for governments, partners, leadership, and global audiences.
