Senior Director Technical Program Management

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Director Technical Program Management to lead large-scale, strategic technology programs across Telecom Roaming, Network Security, Fraud Management, and Risk domains. This leadership role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, program governance, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end program execution, ensuring successful delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives while driving operational excellence and business outcomes. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Security, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to define program strategy, manage risks, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multiple high-impact technical programs from planning through execution and delivery.
- Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Build, mentor,



and scale a high-performing Technical Program Management team.
- Drive program governance, reporting, roadmap planning, resource forecasting, and executive reviews.
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on technical designs, implementation strategies, and delivery plans.
- Establish best practices, frameworks, and processes to improve delivery predictability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Telecom technologies including LTE/5G Roaming, IPX, GRX, Diameter, and RADIUS.
- Expertise in Network Security, Fraud Detection, Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Proven leadership in Technical Program Management and large-scale product or engineering organizations.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git Lab, Jenkins, and Dev Ops environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
