This role works independently with minimal supervision, partnering closely with US based HR, Legal, and Procurement teams during night shift hours. Key Responsibilities Own contractor lifecycle management end-to-end: onboarding, extensions, conversions, and off-boarding. Manage FTE data across the employee lifecycle - new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc. - ensuring accuracy in HRIS (Workday). Maintain and audit contractor and employee records for compliance, data integrity, and reporting readiness. Partner with staffing agencies, MSPs, to track contractor status, tenure, and spend. Coordinate with Legal/Procurement on contractor agreements, SOWs, and renewals. Independently identify and resolve data discrepancies and process gaps. Requirements 6+ years of HR experience,



including contractor/contingent workforce management and employee data management Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight. Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday mandatory) and VMS/MSP tools (e.g., Fieldglass, DIVA). Jira skills mandatory Working knowledge of contractor classification and co-employment risk considerations Robust attention to detail and data accuracy Willingness to work night shift hours supporting US stakeholders Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Has worked in a strong Audit and compliance environment.
