Key Responsibilities
● Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Actively search and shortlist resumes daily using
Naukri, Apna, Shine, and Foundit against defined job criteria.
● Candidate Engagement: Contact candidates via calls/messages to explain job profiles,
pay structures, shift timings, and work locations, maintaining a healthy hiring pipeline.
● Process Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with internal recruiters and hiring
teams, track candidate progress, and ensure timely attendance through step-by-step
follow-ups.
● Vendor & Supplier Management: Communicate with external recruitment agencies,
share requirements, evaluate submitted profiles for quality, and track agency candidate
pipelines through to joining.
● HR Administration: Update recruitment trackers daily,



keep candidate data accurate, and
support onboarding activities for selected hires.

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Experience: Hands-on experience with recruitment job portals (Naukri, Apna, Shine,
Foundit) through a prior HR internship.
● Language Skills: Solid verbal and written communication in English and Kannada.
● Core Competencies: Solid candidate screening ability, attention to detail, strong
follow-up skills, and comfortable multi-tasking.
● Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for managing recruitment trackers.
