Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Employee Central configuration, implementation, integrations, and data migration. The candidate should have expertise in Business Rules, Workflows, MDF, RBP, Success Factors APIs, and SAP CPI/Integration Suite.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
- Work on end-to-end Employee Central processes and HR lifecycle management.
- Configure Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects and RBP.
- Design and develop integrations using OData APIs, Compound Employee API and SF APIs.
- Develop, monitor and troubleshoot integrations using SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
- Work with middleware tools and API-based integrations.
- Perform data migration using Migration Center, Import/Export and other EC data migration tools.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and error resolution.
- Analyze integration failures and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Understand and support integration between Success Factors and other HR/business applications.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, testing and production support activities.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.
