Total exp 12+ yrs

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and using Azure cloud services and tools for monitoring, automation, CI-CD, Traffic Management etc.
- 5+ years of experience in setting up and auditing CI-CD pipelines for deployments, automation etc.
- 3+ years of strong experience in setting up observability framework for prod and non-prod env including automation using APM tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Open Search
- Sound experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes applications set up, infrastructure usage, data pipelines etc. in production env.
- Robust experience in setting up SLOs, monitoring and improving reliability of platform
- Experience in setting up Synthetic monitoring in production




- Experience in setting up APM tool from scratch, understanding of different agents available in APM tool, their use etc.
- Good exposure to Resiliency, Incident management and Observability Best Practices
- The ability to guide and mentor other members within the team and improve the way to collaborate, learn, and share ideas
- Excellent understanding of SRE concepts and culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Nice to have skills & experience:

Working understanding of good software, network, and systems design is preferred

Experience in Jira, Service Now, or similar tools
