? ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional with robust experience in Pharmaceutical General Trade, distribution and team leadership to drive business growth across Gujarat & Maharashtra.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Primary & Secondary Sales across assigned markets
• Manage distributor & stockist performance, productivity and ROI
• Strengthen retailer, chemist, wholesaler & stockist networks
• Monitor targets, stock availability, POB, conversions & field productivity
• Identify market expansion and growth opportunities




• Conduct regular market visits and ensure execution
• Lead, mentor, recruit & develop sales teams

? MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Pharma Sales | Primary & Secondary Sales
• General Trade | D2R | D2S
• Distributor/Stockist Management
• MIS Reporting & Sales Analytics
• Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Gujarat & Maharashtra market experience
• FLM/SLM experience preferred
